Every game earns a Game Score, an adaptation of Dom Luszczyszyn's single-number rating built from the box score. Skaters get credit for goals, assists, shots, blocks, takeaways, and plus-minus and lose some for giveaways and penalties. Goalies get credit for saves and lose more for each goal against.

Current form weights the last 10 games, each game back counting 0.85× the one after it, and blends in 2 games' worth of league average so a hot weekend doesn't outgrade a steady month. That form is ranked against everyone at the same position, and the percentile sets the grade.
